After nearly 24 years of living in Sweden we finally discovered that Self raising flour does exist here and is called Extra Fint Mjöl.
When asked we've always said that it isn't available here because mostly recipes just use ordinary flour. Then this Christmas we got some silicon muffin moulds complete with a recipe book which called for Extra fint mjöl. When we looked in the shop we noticed the ingredients includes baking powder and bicarbonate of soda.
The final proof were the muffins I made today. Very nice!
